Hey im Hairy the Bassist from Yukon, Oklahoma. I'm a proud member of the Pride of Yukon band and I'm a bassist in my spare time. i'm a huge LP fan but I also love bands like Killswitch Engage, Disturbed, Stained, Tool, and Coheed and Cambria.My younger brother is a drummer and is always improving Thats about it so keep rockin' fellow Metalheads and I'll catch ya later.

The Mask

Mistee u wanted 2 see my poetry so here's 1 of my works.

I hide behind a mask that is not me, so that no one can see who I may truly be. Hidden to many and known by a few, my positive feelings are secret, but always true. The mask keeps these feelings from ever being seen, so that no one but me knows what these feelings truly mean. Kyles my real name, but that name's unknown, because the mask has a legacy thats fully grown. To see the true me you must look deep inside, but going that far may be a perilous ride. This mask isnt iron, it is blind to the eye, it has a desire to burn while my soul longs to fly. I'm different to my friends, and this is the masks doing, so I cant reveal myself because frustrations still brewing. For years Ive been bound with this mask as my name, forced to participate in a no-win game. People believe that they've seen me with their eyes, not knowing that the've witnessed the alias who lives lies. I stay in the dark, unable to show my true self, leaving the mask on while my soul stays on a shelf. Physically I'm the same, yet different under the mask, my true soul being held in a small flask. As darkness falls, I'm shown true, wondering if people besides me knew. This mask is called Hairy and thats who he'll be, but when Hairy leaves, my true self is set free.

one of the best poems I've ever seen!!! happy and proud to see that LP fans are poets! coz everybody think we're just stupid fans who like screaming and shouting, i can't deny it. the problem is that they've never read any word of the linkin park song lyrics pity (-_-') well come check my poem now see ya!

WOW!!! That's awesome, really good. I think most ppl hide behind a mask of some sort not showing their true selves. U did a great job and very personal.
