This is taken from the EVO EU public server rule set, THESE CAN CHANGE!

Before i get started i am looking for a few god refs and a few normal refs for my server

1. Players are not allowed to insult other players. Any kind of racism is not tolerated. Players should not whine, flame, moan or complain about other players ingame (visit the server forum for that).

2. Players must not exploit the map or the terrain, i.e.

• shooting over hills or walls with catapults or weapons that equal the effects of a catapult, if the map design does not allow it (if unclear, refs decide,). Shooting over grims is OKI as long as there is no mist walls
• Scalling of bulding (jumping up), jumping down and killing a badly placed bulding allowed
• repeatedly killing enemy units through walls with behemoths
• avoiding map limitations, e.g. getting over grimm’s wall ("exploiting")
• abuse the terrain to get to places other players can’t get to ("exploiting") this goes for relo jumps, OR leaps

1. Players must not take the commander seat to start a game and afterwards leave the commander seat again.

2. Players are allowed to talk foreign languages in global chat more than a few sentences. Tho please use /msg or spectator chat for non english.

3. Players must not impersonate other players or use other players’ clan tags / icons.

4. Players must not camp with seige units near a spawn point. Whoring is allowed but kicking of excessive whores allowed. For example; -a player choses a behmoth, this player is not allowed to stay near the spawn point, they are allowed to CONTEST the spawn point I.E beh staying on a flag till all the hummies are mulched after this theyt must move away. -a player choses a summoner this summoner is allowed to whore AWAY from a spawn point, a summoner campning in a location overlooking a spawn point is now allowed -a player uses a balista all map, this is allowed tho savage is a democacy (contoled by the server admin (ulquiorra if u must ask)) therefor this player may be called to to kicked, This only applys if the user has used a seige unit for more than 10 mins

Commander rules

1. Commanders may not place buildings to gain unfair advantage, i.e. garrisons or sub lairs behind walls to make their players spawn on the other side, unless this side can easily be reached by walking around the wall and the wall just shields the sub/garr from siege or such.

2. Commanders are not allwed to bail.

3. Commanders are not allowed to spawn as siege units, unless seige workshop has been destoyed

4. Commanders are not allowed to place buildings on top of flags. It is allowed to build buildings surrounding the flag.

5. Commanders are not allowed to place gateways at locations that cannot be reached by players.

6. Commanders are not allowed to destroy their team's tech to end a game.

7. Commanders are allowed to spawn to attack units. I.E lego or pred. If so they must return to there SH or Lair they must NOT use the elect vote.

Concerning Votes

1. Players must not call kick votes for no reason. If no reason is specified after a kick vote has been started, it will be stopped, 1 vote ignored, 2 votes mute, 3 votes kick vote, 4 insta kick.

2. Players should not call nextmap votes midgame.

3. Players must not call mute votes if the person the vote is about did not spam or insult other players.

4. Message votes may be called, within reason, although they may be stopped by referees without giving a reason.

5. Restart votes are allowed in the first 10 minutes of a match as long as the reason is stated (possible reasons: comm -> noob/bailed/timed out)

6. Players may call shuffle votes if they feel the teams are uneven.

7. Players may call draw votes, a minimum of 10 mins must have passed from the start, 5 mins inbetween votes

8. Elect votes are necessary before a game begins. Once the game started they may be called if the commander obviously does not know how to command. Votes to elect a new commander even though the current commander knows how to command may be stopped.

9. World, nextmap and restart votes are allowed to full extent after a match is finished. This goes for ALL maps, I.E inital, tsobsticle course, DM, FOOTY, skyhopping ect

Global ref rules

1. Referees have to warn players before taking action. Exceptions are massive spamming or problems that cannot be prevented from happening if action is not immediately taken (IMPORTANT!).

2. Referees may be kicked from the server by other referees if they do not reveal their real nick when asked to,

Actions taken by referees

1. If a player insults another player, a referee may mute him. If the mute is avoided by reconnecting, the referee may decide whether he warns the player not to avoid mute and remutes the player or if he immediately kicks the players. Both is allowed.

2. If a player makes unfair use of the terrain, as stated in player rule #2, he may be slayed by a referee. If he does continue to break the rule he may be kicked from the server.

3. If a player takes the commander seat and obviously is unaware of what he is doing he may be impeached.

4. If a player who does not know how to command took the comm seat and the game started, the referee may impeach him and restart the game. If the game is on for longer than 5 minutes already the restart has to be voted on.

5. If a player leaves the commander seat to "bail" he may be kicked.

6. If a player is cheating he may be kicked and will be banned.

7. If a player impersonates another player and / or uses another clan’s icon or abbreviation, he may be kicked from the server.

8. Players rejoining their old team after a shuffle vote may be switched back by the ref - if they do not obey, they may be kicked from the server.

9) SFE+ comands must NOT be used during a normal game, if they are ref status will be revoked, ref abuse will not be tollerated

Removal of Ref Status

Abusing the referee status, i.e. kicking, muting, slaying players for no apparent reason or for the fun of it, loading nextmap or restarting the match mid-game, changing the races without a vote, forcing people into the commander seat who are not willing to command, impeaching commanders for no reason, pausing the game for no reason, changing the time limit without a vote or at least the agreement of another referee, turning yourself into a chiprel/buffalo to gain unfair advantage.
