WTF...!!!!!! The show is on my birthday ... and yet I can not go ... the life is unfair....
Im flying to japan in August and really want to go to the show. are tickets on sale already or are they SOLD OUT?!?!?!
Plan your trip in advance and you should be fine. I would make hotel reservations online at once, or you won't have a place to stay. Summer Sonic is a big event and everything in Chiba will be booked soon. Talk to a travel agent. They should get you detailed instructions on which trains/buses to use to get to your hotel. Most airport/ train station employees are trained to help foreign guests get where they need to go. Just be polite and do your best to listen. Enjoy the show. I'll be going to the Summer Sonic in Osaka this year. It's closer to home and Kansai parties are much more fun than Tokyo parties.
My wife and I reside on Guam which is a four hour flight I believe we are planning to go to the show in Chiba. Problem is that we have never been to Japan and obviously do not speak japanese. Any advice or assistance anyone can offer would be great.
