Cancel shows in Sweden, that's what Linkin Park do best.
I was really disappointed aswell that they didn't show, LP was mainly what I went to Hultsfred for, but shit happens and you can't really predict illness. I enjoyed the rest of the festival so it wasn't a total waste of time, I really hope to see them again some other time though, I really loved them in Stockholm.
I have to say that I am REALLY disappointed of what happened yesterday in Hultsfred. After finally having the chance to see LP live after years of following them it got cancelled. I paid a rental car, fuel and the most expensive ticket ever. For LP anything. But the thing that actually got really MAD was that the festival knew about LP not going for a WHILE and waited until 18:00h when the match was about to start to say quickly: "Linkin Park is not coming due to illness, we are sorry, now enjoy the game". Also they said that they would not refund tickets because there was only one cancellation among many. However I hope all the best for Brad, and I hope to see you guys soon!
Ja är bara så jävla förbannad på allt man lagt för att LP, vi stod vänta vid meet and greet när vi fick meddelandet att dom inte ens var i sverige. fan va alla grina. har inte råd o åka mer till hultan när linkin alltid blir sjuka när de gäller hultan.
Same here, we leaved the festival after the annoncment and I had spent more then 3 000 swedish crowns for the ticets to my family and on gas. I'm really disapponted but I hope LP will do another concert here in Sweden soon!

So disapponted that LP couldn't make it to Hultfred. Had taken the day off, and drove several hours just to see LP. We left the festival after they had annonced it on the speakers, didn't see any band at all. Second time LP miss Hultsfred due to illness =(.
Going to hultsfred now on monday and just 6 days left to LP! :D:D

Answer to DogFan_LP, Yep there will be a M&G at the concert, to have a chance to get M&G tickets you will have to join the LPU ;)
