LP Cancels March 1 & March 2 Shows in Albuquerque & El Paso

Linkin Park has been forced to cancel tonight’s concert at the Tingley Coliseum in Albuquerque and tomorrow night’s show at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, as lead vocalist Chester Bennington has been diagnosed with tracheobronchitis and is under doctor’s orders to rest his voice for a few days. Linkin Park sincerely regrets this unavoidable cancellation and apologizes to fans for any disappointment caused. All tickets will be refunded from point of purchase.

    Okay so I think it’s not the bands fault that the show was cancelled but I think it is the tour manager’s fault and arrogance for not wanting to re-scheldule. My solution .. fire the tour manager!!

    its been cuite some time that LP comes to EPT… it would be nice if you guys reschedule just come back i know you guys dnt read this but still ive been a fkin die hard fan till the end just come back

    I still can’t believe LP had an “unavoidable cancellation” in Burque and el paso. What I don’t think these guys understand is that, it wasn’t so much that they didn’t come, it was the fact that they didn’t even bother with a reschedule or postponement. it was CANCELLED. I understamd that maybe coming up with a reschedule date might take alittle bit of time and paper work, but if they start their europe tour and don’t bother with us, i am officially resigning as a LP fan. which really sucks becuz I love these guys. S#it happens, we understand, but at least make an effort to make it up to us guys. That’s all we ask.

    One last comment if I may..Hey LP if you choose to blow off El Paso and Albequerque by not rescheduling, reality check baby….LP is 8 years in and barely has made it to a 3rd album??? Don’t let your heads swell up, LP is not even close to being mentioned in the same sentence with U2, Metallica, Depeche Mode, ACDC are just some of the big boys who have produced album after album. When fans help build your fame and buy your music, you just don’t blow off 70 thousand fans who wait to cheer you on!

    What up LP, I’m pretty sure you guys don’t read these. But whatever! I’m not gonna write hate mail! I just wish you guys the best, and hope you feel better guys, although I was definitely looking forward to seeing you guys down here in El Paso. I will just get my refund and buy a couple of forty’s, and drink the sorrow away! LoL. Take it easy guys, Enjoy the break from touring!

    Its funny, with all these comments I bet LP doesn’t even read most of these. LP public relations person writes, “LP sincerely regrets this unavoidable cancellation”, yeah they are so sincere that a reschedule date was blown off. Hey Chester, since your so into refunds, can you refund our money if we don’t like your new album???
