I don't know if he felt like he had no one to turn to

When it all fell down, he wasn't alone as you can see

I don't know if he fell off, or he was slipping

It's a turning point, it's a milestone,

but it's gone in the distance

Pressed to the lips, it's a familiar touch

Where's the strength when you need it

What's the point of even trying

I think I have had enough of this, if not, I'm tired

I don't know if I have had enough to sleep

Maybe I just had too much to dream

It's just, I'm awake now

It's all too much for me

I don't if I ever want to go back to sleep

Maybe it's just for the life of me
